Growing up with both parents owning their own businesses, it was inevitable that once Jay had mastered his craft in hairdressing and in business he would open his own hair salon. After extensive training and reaching a senior management training role in a large salon in Essex; at the tender age of 23 Jay headed for a flagship salon in Mayfair where alongside his stylist duties he was given a role as performance coach for under-performing staff to hit their targets.
In 2013, Jay landed his dream job at a consultancy and marketing company working with hundreds of hair and beauty salons throughout the UK and Scandinavia. After two and a half years of delivering business education, consultancy and management strategies for salon owners, Jay was then ready to dive into opening his own business. Within five years, Jay has one of the most talked about salons in his area.
